Detoxification is much more sophisticated than simply doing a standard juicing or taking an herbal formula while maintaining the habits that have caused stagnation. Over the years of toxic saturation and improper diet we have literally imbedded toxins of all kinds into every region of the body. In order to uncover these undercover toxins we must take a sophisticated, safe, and provenmethod of cleansing the blood, lymph fluids, tissues, organs, and bones. We call this phase 1 & 2 detofixication.

Phase 1 is what most standard cleansing program focus on. This is where we lower the load of solid foods, give the digestive system a break, and consume only liquids in the form of juices, coconut water, water, smoothies, soups, teas, as well as implementing certain supplements and herbs that help unload long held toxins into the circulatory system. Phase 2 is where we use "chelation-therapy" to bind up the loosened toxins from the blood stream and escort them out of the GI Tract. If we do not apply chelation into the overall cleansing program someone can endure a "healing-crisis" which is when the toxins reach the blood stream and become extremely charged/active and cause a serious reaction. Over the decades of raw food and detoxification research it has been discovered that chelation therapy is paramount for an effective cleansing routine that gets results and does not over burden the body in the process.

Tha niacin flush strategy represents an innovation in cleansing protocols (Dr. George Yu's). This methodis focused upon exactly what we all face in our world situation which is xenoestrogen pollution, radiation exposure, chemical saturation, residual drug storages in the body(both pharmaceutical andillegal drugs), etc. All of these influences are causes of hormone disruptions, psychological imbalances, skin problems, accelerated aging, weight gain, lack of inspiration, etc.

The main point of this approach is to use niacin (b3) to flush out the system. Do not purchase non-flush niacin as this will not work. Niacin helps to crack open the cell wall and allow stored toxins to release from our cells into the fluid system. This is the very step of this protocol and can be adjusted to your specifications. For a newcomer to this I recommend a grown man start with 200-300 mg of niacin on an empty stomach with water in the morning and a grown woman 100-200 mg of niacin to start. This can be increased as you test your bodies capacity to handle the dosage. You want to get a really good flush in order for it to be effective. The flush should only last 20-30 min at most and will temper down as you enter the sauna phase of this program.

Following taking niacin we move into a 20-30 minutes rebounder/jumping jacks/push ups/running in place session. This will help speed up the lymphatic circulation helping to prepare the body to release stored toxins.

Following this we go into an infrared sauna from 30-40 minutes to open the pores of the skin. This allows the circulated toxins in the lymph fluids to be pressed up to the plugs of the pores and released through sweating. This is perhaps the most effective form of detoxification over all for it is safe, sophisticated, proven to work, and keeps the body in a state of parasympathetic balance where as long distance running, which causes a lot of sweating, forcing the body to be in a state of stress.

The final stage of this program is extracting the remaining bodily toxins from the body through "chelation". As we discussed in the previous video on Phase 1/2 Detoxification the preferred chelators are zeolites, bentonite clay, chlorella, and activated charcoal. Charcoal is typically used in this program but I would recommend switching between zeolites and charcoal through the cycle of your program.
