Residential Counselor Lifeguard: (1 position, $330/ week + DOE + room & board) Work and live with campers and staff. Responsible for recognizing and meeting the needs of individual campers, and working to develop a sense of community within the group and the camp. Staff lead an activity daily incorporating WWL values and resources, participate in all camp activities and nighttime supervision of campers. Must show enthusiasm for having responsible fun. Counselor is responsible for life guarding while at the water. Needs to be at least 21 years old. Must be available June 15-Aug. 15.
